What filter? None of this makes any sense to me.

You need to keep in mind all I know to do is watch anime, read manga, and download Japanese games and music on computer.

I also make anime pics and gifs.

Yeah just make a snap account then take a pic with a filter. You can save it to your memories which are private. And you have to have snap friends anyway to share
