Public school exists to oppress smart kids

Smart kids who might challenge the kids of the elites are bullied by the ruffians and taught that it's better not to be smart but to be dumb to fit in with the rest of your (lower) class. Any real country would have tier schools based on intelligence, like college. Instead elementary school is based on money, either you get put in prison with the rest of the lower class or you can afford a top private school and get to avoid that.
