Are fat bags the cause of puffy looking eyebags? Of course sunken undress are caused by recessed infras but what causes puffiness around the area?

eyebags can be a result of water retention, fat bags (yes), aging and probably just genetics (which is the recessed infras)

So are there any fixes for puffy eyebags? I’ve heard that caffeine serum can allow better blood flow to the area and in turn helping to reduce them

from what i heard as well that forms but im not 100% as i havent really dug deep into the eyebag area coz i already accepted my recessed infras but you can try. also try to fix your sleep and diet first before any like other like high risk bullshit
