I did it and my schedule was fine for a day but now I’m back to only sleeping at 3 am and waking up at 1 pm. I think I’ll megadose progesterone today and hope I become unconsciousMight do this cuz I wake up at 5pm. I’ll just stay up till noon the next day then sleep till 3am and sleep schedule fixed
