Pulling girls

Why can’t I pull girls effortlessly or even get a gf? I have had a few girlfriends before and occasionally talk with more but I struggle with girls still. I have a lot of friends and I’m not unpopular, I’m not terrible looking not stunning but not ugly and not short either, yet I still don’t pull that much, any reasons that I should improve
