I'm pulling off an all-nighter rn

I'm a very bad sleeper, like I have way too much cortisol in my body in general, falling asleep is very hard and my sleeping schedule is fucked with the christmas holidays

I'm sure the night after an all nighter you fall asleep like a baby, I can't wait that

sounds like the perfect tool to reset my sleeping schedule

I will do some things during the day and take my dinner early, and I hope I will get a wonderful night sleep

tried it before didn't work

Been there done that. You’ll find that sleepiness comes in waves and likely by the time you actually want to sleep your body is just gonna say fuck you im awake now. maybe you’ll get lucky but I find that 24 hours is not enough time to reset your circadian rhythm. Often discipline and patience are key to cultivate a good sleep schedule. Regardless I wish you Good luck sir!

try going to sleep in the morning and sleep through the day. then add a couple of hours for 1-2 days until you wake up in the early morning.

when I tried pulling all nighters I usually fell asleep midday.

I tried this a few days ago. Chances are you will pass out at 9 am and wake up at 5 pm like I did

I actually fell asleep for 2 hours and then I had an alarm that woke me up.

I wish I could go to bed early tonight... I'm pretty tired with only 2 hours of sleep. But I Hope I will get a good sleep quality tonight

Try to get sun rays in the morning into your eyes every day if you can, it will fix you circadian rhythm, listen to Andrew Huberman podcast on thjs

I'd do a half nighter, then take a nap the next day. That way you only feel tired for 6 hours in total. As compared to an entire 12 hour day after the all nighter. This is what I do instead. And it works. Plus you feel super energized after the nap.

Did it one time before, I have played Fallout 4 to keep me occupied, I also have opened my window and kept the lights on all of the time. By the time I've reached 24 hours awake, I was actually feeling pretty fine.
