I recommend do both. Weightpull loosen sutures thumb pull will struggle to do so. But thumbpull throughout day after sutures are loosened

I’ve seen this , but he does not do it enough. Do 20 minutes per day and keep increase. Thumbpull for long periods to spread bones as sutures loosen. If he sleep on back and walk upside up then gravity pull his face back and down
