Pump vs Stretcher for dickmaxxing

So i my question is what's better pump or stretcher for gains (if there is better option it would be awesome too), that's all, thanky you!

18 is enough for a spot stimulation. Dw abt it. Be sure to work on indurance, and erection quality and technique. Way more important then the minimal gains from a centimeter you might gain. Look at the sexmaxxing guide in best of the best, kinda helpful.

I have the same length assuming your measurement is NBPEL and slightly higher girth.

Use a high tension extender if you want length, in conjunction with an ADS.
If you want girth, use a pump on top of the other two.

If you are not lying about your size then you don’t need to worry about PE.
