Pump vs Stretcher for dickmaxxing

I could say i have a pretty decent size (l18cm x g13.5cm). But i would be lying if i said that i'm 100% confortable with it.
So i my question is what's better pump or stretcher for gains (if there is better option it would be awesome too), that's all, thanky you!

I have the same length assuming your measurement is NBPEL and slightly higher girth.

Use a high tension extender if you want length, in conjunction with an ADS.
If you want girth, use a pump on top of the other two.

If you are not lying about your size then you don’t need to worry about PE.
