Punjab Region - Differences between Pakistani's and Indians

I was talking with a punjabi person today and they told me about how india and pakistan both have punjabi's in their respective region primarily because punjab is a region in both countries.

in relation to this, im curius to know what the racial distrubution is like in both countries. are pakistani punjabi's any different from indian ones?

if anyone here is of these races feel free to lmk. p curious, what the difference in features are etc...

For one Pakistan is 50% Punjabi, but Punjabi Indians are 2% of the country, most Punjabis are Pakistani

What separates Punjabis dna wise isn’t really country either, it’s clan, so an awan Punjabi Indian will be genetically identical to an awan Punjabi pakistani but an awan Punjabi pakistani may be slightly different than a jatt Pakistani Punjabi. Overall though Punjabis have some genetic diversity but have mostly the same base regardless
