Most people in Africa especially west and central Africa are made of purely indigenous groups, there's a lot of admixture but it's usually with other African groups.

The only non-native admixture in Subsaharan Africa I know of is the Middle Eastern admixture in East Africa and the Austronesian admixture in Madagascar.

They aren't a significantly large social and cultural part of Africa outside of South Africa where they are less than 10% of the population, there are hundreds of millions of Horn Africans and 20+ Million Malagasy with their own countries for context.
