Wouldn't worry too much about purging.
It's inevitable and will go away with time.
If you can tolerate a higher frequency and your skin isn't overwhelmingly dry/barrier damaged, go for it.

Se riesci a tollerare una frequenza più elevata e la tua pelle non è eccessivamente secca/danneggiata, provalo.
