IS IT NORMAL TO PURGE ON DAY 2?

Woke up from taking isotretonoin for the first time last night and had 2 pimples brewing on my cheek bruh, ive never had them come in like this, not only that but my skin was kinda dry and my arm was hurting so bad nigga. I think i might be a hyper responder to this shit, hopefully it means that the purge will end soon though,

Also seems as though antihistamine doesnt rlly work or maybe im too used to it.

Got my peanut butter, fish oil, benadryl combo strapped w me still
