Purple coloring

Can purple thin skin under eye (from bad sleep and a suboptimal fat under eye o guess) help with contrast/coloring fo the eye in some cases? For example when your eye area is already pretty good, thick and dense eyebrows, strong eyelashes, white sclera, Good eye shape. To create that wabi sabi look jfl

Maybe in small cases but normally not. Especially because dark circles usually comes with fine lines too
