Purple deep fillings on skin.

I got a pimple about one a half weeks ago and my left cheek, which was deep and I couldn’t get out.
Sometimes I touched it accidentally and sometimes not, after a time it got purple to black and it looks as I hitted myself there.

Does someone know what it could be and what I could do, so that it goes away and especially against pimples which are deep in the skin and you almost need to damage the whole skin to get them out.
