Purple Under eye circles

I use caffeine retinol eye cream every night and I moisturize it with spf 15 lotion in the morning I eat meat and take a bunch of vitamins that are supposed to help but they are still terrible

Also I have negative hooding if you have any tips on that

I was ACCUSED of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon by 2 different people 1 with a pocket knife and 1 with a machete I didn’t do nothing tho
