Pus under nails on erda

Hi im on erda for 56 days (5mg ed) and I’ve noticed pus under 3 nails yesterday during my training in the gym, i know paronychia next to or under the nails is common but there is no certainty that its paronychia since i also have onchyliosis. In the next few days I’m going to buy cephalexin since im making Indiamart order anyways but will it suffice in the healing process? (I’ve also started using acifungin to eliminate the possibility of development of fungi) I’m sending 2 pics of whats happening under two nails before and after cleaning pus out

Cephalexin will help anyway

But in the mean time try that

And maybe scrape out that shit with tweezers too
