Barely an inch to two below the average height. Now if you consider 1-2 inches as manlet which I would say technically does fit the threshold, then yes. By PSL standards yes. I would say probably the reason the term came out Was because in war even though everyone got drafted the best soldiers fought in the front lines, and they were usually tall. So cause Napoleon fought/led many battles, naturally the soldiers would look down literally on a manlet, and the enemy side would make manlet jokes as part of war propaganda. Why fight for a short manlet when you could fight for a tall chad
