Putting implant on recessed jaw/chin

Im to scared of getting double jaw surgery and its long recovery time and risks.
Is it also possible to just fix the overbite and small palate/mandible problem with sarpe/msdo + braces, and then go for a wraparound jaw implant?

From my understanding that would improve the width but not the forward growth

So you’d be putting a wraparound jaw implant and adding thickness to jaw angles that are hidden due to recession

Even with a bsso the posterior postition of the jaw angles will be in the same place.

Then you’d need to cope with implants and just accept it will likely never be as good as having gotten surgery first and implants later.
