If you’re a maxillalet like me you prob have folds that bother u in certain lighting and can’t do shit about it bc they’re structural. Gonna be a while before I get a paransal implant so for now im just coping with fillers.
Unfortunately this will not change your side profiles anterior projection of the maxilla besides the sides of alar base as seen in my pictures.
This is one of the riskiest areas to do as you can go blind due to several nearby arteries but ur like me u can free ball this shit with a 27g and aspirate before injection.
I did 0.5ml filler each side last night and added another .3 ml each side tonight which I think is enough as over projecting this area can cause you to have an uncanny smile or look comical. This filler mostly made a huge difference of my front profile but references of that weren’t good enough to show but folds drastically reduced and gaps on sides of nose disappeared.
I used dermalax deep plus but there are better alernatives. I used 10.6% topical lido pre injection but the surface skin pain in this area isn’t nearly as bad as other areas.
The change from this view below is very subtle but u can clearly see side of alar base becomes more projected anteriorly.
