Pyrilutamide looks promising

For most RU85441 works extremely well, but some will be unlucky and contract heart issues.
Pyrilutamide has finished phase 2 trials and looks very promising. It is said to be much stronger than RU and has the same binding affinity as DHT. Of course, this is without all the nasty sides experienced with minoxidil/RU.
We need more human guinea pigs to take this and report their experience
