In short, results are comparable to oral finasteride, without adverse side effects except for itchy skin.
Since it is not a DHT blocker, but rather acts on the hair follicle directly, it can be taken with finasteride.

All in all, this looks fairly promising.
I'm not balding right now, but I'm very paranoid about it and it's good to know we may have a decent cure in a few years.
