Yeah i know, but i made an order like 2 months ago and it arrived in like a month and a half, so pretty much i have held the dnp for a few weeks till my scale and empty caps arrived. So, is it worth taking it?

I dont know about their DNP . but when i used semaglutide from them it worked even tho it destroyed my digestive system

Great to hear, but im using their powder, so it might be different idk. Im on like day 8 rn or 9 (dont even remember lol) and not really lossing weight. I guess ill just up the dosage.

No, don't up the dosage over 500mg. Just move more and eat less. DNP is a small piece of the puzzle to losing weight, not the key. Eat less and move more fat ass.

No, don't up the dosage over 500mg. Just move more and eat less. DNP is a small piece of the puzzle to losing weight, not the key. Eat less and move more fat ass.

I do move lol, my dosage is just insanely low. I was on 200mg for the first week and now im couple days in on 400mg

Keep it there. I've lost 25lbs in 13 days mainly because I'm eating 900kcals and doing high intensity cardio for 2 hours minimum a day. DNP has added like a 1.75x multiplier to how fast I'm losing the weight
