1 g of protein is 4 cals - 95x4= 380

1 g of fiber is 1.5-2 cals - 1.5x18= 27 2x18=36
1 g of fat is 9 cals - 9x14= 126
So if you do the math the high end is 558 low and behold the lower end of that is 540 now I do applaud you for trying but just know when to give up
That is concrete enough that if you somehow have counter argument it just goes to show you do not know what your talking about

Perhaps you were right then, but given the information I had your burger was terrible and a blatant lie. If all your ingredients have the correct nutrition facts as you stated, then the burger is indeed what you said it was (though i still think the recipe would taste like shit).
Your original thread had literally no info to back up any of the claims you made about said burger, anyone with a brain would be able to tell it was an obvious lie.
Next time you make a recipe just put the ingredients. Like imagine if a food creator said he made a magic bread with 50 grams of protein but didnt say how to make it or what to put in it. Thats basically what you did, then you called me a retard and an incel for calling it out

I did say I was working on the recipe and would release it in a few days to me burger tastes immaculate but it’s also the only thing I’ve had for over 2 months so as for a normal person I’ll say how badly do you want it I’ll make a YouTube video or something with testimonials on people on a diet and not on a diet I’ll even explain all the macros I’m glad you were skeptical though helps me know what to put in the video as per the name calling seems the only way people engage you were skeptical and that’s what I wanted I’ll release full video sometime next week or so
