They're just a scam, they aren't any different than other eggs, just more expensive.

They have good nutrition, way better than conventional chicken as these are only fed corn and soy

And what do you think quail farmers feed their quails with? They're still gonna give them the same cheap food and they are very difficult to be kept in a free range farm - they can fly away or easily squeeze through small holes in fences.
