Well this is confusing now
 
Quantity
7x work outs in the week but less intensity mogs 3x hard work outs
This especially applies to martial arts
Boxer who trains daily but with less intensity vs someone who trains 3x per week who goes all out
Guess who will win in a fight

I train every other day, no matter what, I always try to fit in physical activity, so both quality (quality reps and sets, quality range of motion, quality intensity, quality time under tension) and quantity
