what works for me: no electronics 1 hour before bed (i hit the shower at this time), cold room, eating quality protein and carbs 2 hours prior, sleep on a quality pillow, and lastly nofap. major stress on nofap as my sleep becomes much worse when i'm cooming regularly

make sure you get a silk pillowcase. It makes the hair not breakdown keeps moisture , and prevents skin wrinkles

Buy a pair of glasses that block blue light and you'll fall asleep quicker and will be of higher quality.

tape your mouth so you dont mouthbreath in sleep

less stinky breath
better sleep
more Nitric oxide so better erections
