People used to believe that the event horizon at black holes was smooth but thanks to quantum foam (basically, it’s hard to explain) it’s unpredictable and random packets of info could be sent out of black holes through wormholes (it’s very complicated - but basically) so that means stuff from black holes can be sent out!!
Also it can effect electro magnetism on a VERY small of scale. it can also effect the speed of light through space
