Quantum immortality might not be as scary as many people think. They say, "Bet all your possessions and strap yourself to explosives." But the fact is, it hardly works that way. All the scenarios of our lives follow a maximally predictable path, depending on our genes and environment. It's impossible for you to end up floating in space forever. Because every time you float in space, some extremely unlikely event would have to occur that would keep you alive. That's nonsense. It's much more likely if your life as a whole followed a scenario where you continued to live (the elixir of immortality, for example). Since many people here live on the brink of death, because their lives are extremely difficult, and they almost commit suicide, subjectively for you, the events that happen are those that keep you alive. And it's entirely possible that right now, just a little bit more, you'll ropemax, but after a while, something will happen that will give you the incentive to live, and you'll put it off. It's entirely possible that your life will reach a point where you'll be satisfied with all your needs (whether it's surgery that develops enough to ascend you, or you'll find good friends and a girlfriend, or bioengineering that can create a girlfriend for every person). I know these reasons sound crazy. But if quantum immortality is true, then that's how it will be. Of course, it's also possible that you'll be experimented on and live a long time, but who knows. Ultimately, I think the chances are much higher that you'll reach a fairly good standard of living. What do you think?

Or you just fucking die and go to jahannam

Dying isn't bad either; there's no need to fear death. Eternal nothingness, no problems. Eventually, even chads will die and disappear into nothingness; soon this planet will no longer exist, and life will make us all equal.

Or you go to jahannam and everyone goes to jannah

We don’t know the afterlife.

Not reading all that, I wish for eternal and definitive death, living once is enough

If it were to be true we'd be basically rotting past 90 to eternity in a state of semi consciousness venerated as the oldest living person, does this sound cool to you?

There are many possible outcomes, and this one is quite unlikely. It would be more likely if they figured out how to extend human lifespan, and everyone lived longer, not just you.

This is the singularity stuff, the quantum immortality concept is different, it means you're always conscious shifting to the reality where you survive, it's not an all-people thing
