Because it doesn't always last forever. I took it and after being off it for a while my acne came back and now my face looks like a fucking bomb zone in Afghanistan. Blast that shit until you die and accept the liver failure

Nah for most people who take it one round is enough, just brutal fucking acne cells like me with raped genes where it comes back after a while. 100% worth it for a solid while my skin was perfect.

No idea what the fuck that is but most "negatives" about accutane are Jewish cope it's 100% worth it if you have bad acne that doesn't go away with a good diet and basic skincare. The only genuine annoying thing is dry lips

i dont even have acne tbh I just want perfectly Matt skin. also even the testimonials on reddit about the sides are just schizos with nocebo?

I mean sure there can be sides but it's uncommon and worth it, if you don't have acne tho I'd go with something like tretinoin or tazarotene instead, they are much less rough and are better IMO for anti aging rather than acne.
I'm on tazarotene now and while it's doing absolutely nothing for stopping acne, my skin is still looking very young and my old acne scars have faded

I think I did 20-30mg for 3-4 months, i've had little to zero acne
