I’m 18 and my acne has been getting worse over the past few months, especially after going to a dermatologist and trying topical treatments that haven’t worked. I was given things like fusidic acid cream and antibiotic creams, but they only made my skin worse, and the dermatologist didn’t really acknowledge that. She said I don’t need Accutane yet and told me to come back at the end of the month to get oral antibiotics, which I don’t want because I know they won’t do anything. I’ve been researching Accutane, and I know it has potential side effects like liver issues, mood changes, and extreme dryness. I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth starting without a doctor’s prescription and how I should i do it without causing harm to myself, because going to a dermatologist would be overly expensive since you have to go every month and pay them, and the price of Accutane is also high Af.

Hey bro I was in the same situation as you, 18 years old and denied accutane so I js bought it off grey market. There’s a site called IndiaMART and they sell accutane for cheap maybe a whole course would be $70-$80 and they ship it to your door private pm me for the the guy I use cause he’s legit and pretty cheap

those antibiotics really can help, but it is just not worth the damage they will do to you + the acne will come back after antibiotics
