Accutane left me with pie

i’m one month on accutane and it has cleared up my cystic acne really well, but now i’ve been left with a lot of pie. How do i fix this? I still have 5months left on accutane, so could it help clear them up too? Is there any skincare products that help with this? How about micro needling?

not from accutane but PIE is the biggest fucking curse on the planet its fucking impossible to get rid of completely
