Acne scars:
I have acne scars and I am trying to get rid of them. I already have a derma stamp at home and I am thinking of stamping my skin and applying something after. What should I use?
I was thinking about GHK-cu but I think then I have to do it regularly to get rid of them. I also heard about retinol which I would source from indiamart. Can someone give me instructions on what to use? Is indiamart a good source? And how should I do it (derma stamp length, how often ect)?

1. works if untethered otherwise useless and potentially harmful
2. again ghk cu is okay if they are untethered otherwise useless unless coupled with subcision
3. subcision. not really lots of underdosed BS and or greedy sellers. maybe once or twice with hyaluronic acid. if you dont get improvement don't do it anymore

4. you can try weightloss if you have had them since you were a kid. i had them to an extent since i was a kid bc of a fatty nasolabial fat pad. losing weight slowly and getting PRF injections has helped a bit.

my suggestion: lose weight if you are fat and have stopped growing for the itachi lines. for acne scars, get a subcision with PRF injections, then run 50 mg of ghk cu/glow 70/klow 80 for 30 days with a zinc supplement. i tried subcision with prf and klow and have seen pretty good improvement in my scarring. mind you, i did all that DIY but im going to a clinic soon to get subcision done by a professional which should yield even greater results as i missed like 60% of the scar tethers during my DIY subcision and have given up on doing it myself.

just call your pediatrics to refer you to a derm if it's your first time. i think you can still just call a clinic if you're a minor though.

if your acne is bad they'll prescribe your treatment.

to answer your questions:

1. it's messy to get indiamart goods off the website, so i'd recommend going to a vendor instead.
2. use topical ghk-cu, and research what products you can't use it with
3. dermastamp twice a week if applicable
