I’ve seen a couple of dermatologists, and they all flat out refuse to prescribe me Accutane. I want to start a course on my own. Please advise me on how to know when and how to reduce the dose, or is it better not to do it

Use retinoids they are just as good and easy to get

start off with 40 mg a day if you’re getting on accutane, make sure you take it while eating fatty foods

There is a good reason why they refuse dumbass, just use Aklief, maybe even stack it with niacinamide and azelaic acid (and don't forget to wear sunscreen)
