question about bimax

yo wassup
im 20 years old broke male

so the following is the list of my issues:

recessed maxilla
recessed chin (not subhumanly recessed)
recessed ramus
bad overbite
downgrown mandible and chin
slight jaw asymmetry
likely narrow airways

consequences:

breathing issues
vertically very short smile
very short lower third
sunken eyes
defined nasalobial folds
slightly tilted chin and teeth
lower lip sits behind upper lip
when i jut my mandible to ideal position, my maxilla looks subhumanly recessed
normally my nose is straight (or slightly upturned) but when i smile my nose turns downwards making it look worse

i feel like bimax would ascend my health and looks extremely with some ccw rotation and advancement. what do y'all think
(i know i got no photos but i will post when i get a CBCT)

and also even though i don't have sleep apnea could i be approved for a bimax and get it insurance covered?
