Question about castor oil & vitamin C serum

So 2 of my skin care products came in

When should I apply castor oil? I'm thinking in the morning, after I finish my moisturizer + SPF with wet brows and lashes

Vitamin C once every few days before I go to bed, after applying moisturizer

Thoughts?

SPF generally last thing you wanna apply especially if its a physical/not chcemical sunscreen
