Question about cheek implants and what to do instead

I was wondering if cheek implants can get loose as you age and move around(and disintergrade the bone), plus maybe a better option is buccal fat removal but that also changes a you age. What do you think

i dont think that cheekbone implants are start to move around bc of sagging
