Question about dad's "bonemass"

My dad looked kinda boneless and bloated in his 20s and 30s. But now in his 50s he has prominent zygos and hollow cheeks. He obviously just lost face fat. But is it possible that I will have such an ascension this late in life? (Although I already have a bit hollow cheeks)
