Question about divine group?

Hey, I recently made my first overseas order with divine group. I understand they have a pretty good reputation here (besides the recent shipping issues)

My first question is this:  How long are all your orders usually packaged and fulfilled?

I have been quoted 3 weeks, and am ok with those shipping times, but I have not received any updates following my payment in about a week (even after asking). Is that normal, or cause for concern?

Another thing, last time i talked with them they said no shipping to EU until the end of this month (but idk if you're from EU)
