I will likely have the surgery fully insured as I have a 7mm overjet and serveral health problems. Was told by my ortho I need it
I have not looked into asthetics much, but I have a few questions:

- As you can see in photo #2, my nose hooks down a lot and my cheeks are extremely prominent. Will it make my nose wider/more droopy? Is there a possbility my cheeks would be less prominent?
- know I will likely need a downgraft because when i smile i dont have much upper teeth show. Would this downgraft make my midface any longer? How would it change the astehtics of my face other than more of a natural smile?
- I feel like my face is already slightly long, would getting a DJS make it even longer?
