I have been on 800 mg every day the past 2 months (I have 0 reason to be larping this), and haven't noticed any crazy side effects nor weight loss yet. I prefer taking it at night but should I switch to the morning so I can get the increase in TDEE with my steps and not waste it during my sleep? I'm sure no one knows fs because the data is so limited but any anecdotal help is appreciated
