if you say "hey, female" you're reducing them to their gender. they lose a part of their individuality (feels like you're belittling them, in their ears)explain boyo
if you call them bitches during sex, it's done playfully or is according to some fantasy they have (like getting dominated, which is somewhat common). obviously, not all of them are ok with it
