Question about food

I’m nearly 18 and I am tall and skinny

I was thinking about bulking and eating loads and working out as well, because I eat more than average daily yet am still skinny

But I am afraid of losing my jawline and getting a bloated face, a few years ago I was kind of skinny fat and I looked the worst I had ever.

I want to be bigger with my frame now though so I don’t know what to do

I am suffering the same fate as you I am turning 18 in a few days I am also skinny and tall. I think going to gym and training shoulders, neck and some chest will give an illusion of a bulky body while maintaining a lean face.

either you want to reach your full potential at 20, so you eat above your maintenance during puberty

Lean bulk with like 100+ g of proteins and a 300-400 calorie surplus
