Why would regular pasta be unhealthier than it's whole wheat counterpart?

Whole wheat is made of the entire grain which has more nutrients, and it takes longer for the body to break it down because it hasnt been already pre broken down like refined wheat. So for one cup of whole wheat pasta, it has less carbs than white pasta, more nutrients, and your body takes longer to break it down snd use it, so it is not as easily converted to fat like the carbs in white pastaWhy would regular pasta be unhealthier than it's whole wheat counterpart?

thanks schat. pasta is still something i dont eat very often tbh. usually it's either potato (normal or sweet) or rice, sometimes quinoa.you wont die but its not healthy for sure. sweet potato is a better carb option
fermented plant foods are your best option. so that means bread is ok to consume. pasta is pretty toxic as well from all the agro chems in it. its ok to consume sometimes and a good recipe would be something with a lot of dairy and meat in it, like mac n cheese or carbonara with extra meatthanks schat. pasta is still something i dont eat very often tbh. usually it's either potato (normal or sweet) or rice, sometimes quinoa.
And if im feeling fancy some flatbread for carbs (for lunch) but thats usually either rye(roggenbrood) or sourdough
