What is the best way to cycle igf1 lr3 (doses and how often) if I’m looking to make gains in wrist and facial bone mass while staying clear of side effects.

does not bind to igf binding proteins so finds it hard to travel around body
 
Okay first off, you cant prevent side effects. you'd need to take such a lowdose that yoou won't notice any benefit. its also NOT for bonemass. its proven in studies that LR3 has no impact. you'd need HGH for that. Its crazy insane for muscle building tho.
i've ran a 6 week cycle - First two weeks 80mcg then increased to 120mcg for 4 weeks. I injected after EVERY workout. (5x a week)

After injection: i ate a banana and 2 rice cakes to prevent from hyperglicemia. also drank a protein shake to benefit from increased protein synthesis. (protein powder is 101.4% bioavailable in your body)

Prevention: i'd say metformin could help to reduce insulin sensitivity problems after cycle which i had.

Damn so absolutely 0 face or bone gains when you cycled 😢? Also I ran mk677 2 years ago at 25mg/8weeks, would that put me at higher risk of insulin sensitivity if I were to hop on igf now.
