Question about improvement and mental health

Mental health is everything imo (just look at Stepanovs descension).

watching sad BP videos:
- I get sad
- I get more suicidal rather than productive
- Short time videos are bad for ur brain

Okay why am I saying this. Because a lot of time I get back to watching those videos thinking: “I’m currently doing nothing, probably getting sad will make that I finally do smth”.

But at the end of the day I do not get more productive.

I’m searching for smth besides pharmaceuticals to get more productive. I’m searching for a mentality change.

I already take adhd meds which are more potent than any other noortropic.

How do I achieve this mentality change?

I didn’t have social media apps until yesterday and I still was unproductive that’s what I’m taking about it’s a mindset stuff
acting is better than looking for motivation. if you just block whatever distractions you have you will start being more productive

And no I think my therapist might have been right that I don’t have psychosis. I haven’t heard my voices in like a week or smth and I have always noticed that the adhd were surpressing them rather than making them more vivid.

But the post is about productivity

i dont stalk you im just going thru what u are going thru. but anyways about productivity, if you take them every morning then when ur off them ur always on a crash (ur dopamine being drained) and you dont feel like doing anything whatsoever which makes you dependent on ur meds because youre nothing without them :feelswhy:

Dude I take meds since I’m in kindergarten. As I said this is a mental thing. I can concentrate good but it’s my mindset that keeps me from doing shit.
 
the meds are the mental thing, they ascended me but now i feel like shit. worth it? yes. you probably needa teach yourself discipline then which will be hard

How do I build that desire, the discipline to be productive regarding improving my looks?

I’m doing some stuff but I could do way more regarding looks. I don’t know what is missinf

getting upset/angry is not going to make u more productive. maybe u are still haunted by traumas and failures in ur childhood, i suggest u cope with those first before working on ur looks

For example I don’t go outside because I don’t like ppl but I then am not jacked. And also in general but I think the problem is that I’m not obsessed with improving my looks, why? Cuz I already gave up and I don’t really want a relationship I’m doing all of this for myself. But since I don’t care about myself that’s why I’m not productive regarding looks improvement

The thing is I once was productive (not regarding looks) but you need to get the ball rolling and then it’s way easier to stay productive

Buy a new burner/chinese phone and build an algorithm from scratch

Or slowly resensitize by watching less content like that
