Eye area is mostly js softmaxxes like curling eyelash growing them with minoxidil and dying eyebrows unless u hard max but eye pulling is cope and jawline js get lean

It depends on what the problem is

you can’t enhance your eye area much if it’s bad to start with. Fixing your sleep and growing and/or dying eyelashes can help
