So as we know, you can get bone loss from dentures because the pressure applied by ur teeth isn't great enough to sustain the bones already developed in ur face, so as a result you loose bones in ur face. So if I'm not using my molars to chew, will I loose maxilla length in the back or something? Because I have been incisor chewing for the past 6 months, I don't use my back molars at all. But lately I have noticed that my back teeth hurt if I bite them now. Keep in mind I don't use them at all doesn't matter what kind of food it Is. I has really improved my face I promise you that. I have got good ccw rotation from it. But yh, in long term is it bad is my back teeth a sign of bone loss?

To put it simply: not using any part of your body for a long period of time = your body will use less energy and resources to maintain it = part becomes fragile and weak

So I ask you this: do you plan on using your back teeth anytime? Can you live without ever clenching your mouth hard?

I can use them if it will cause bone loss, but I can live without clenching my back teeth.

I always saw incisor chewing as a meme, do u think our ancestors chewed with incisors, they aren't rly meant for that!Molars are designed for chewing!
