With the recent Gold rally, house prices are exactly what they were in 1980 per ounce of gold.

It really makes you think, have house prices really risen or is it all just currency debasement after the dollar de-linked from the value of gold in 1971.

Regardless of average wages rise or not, if you believe money will continue to be printed (it’s happening as you read this) then house prices relative to the AUD will keep rising fast.
