Question about lasik

I heard that if you have big myopia your retina can detach any moment, especially while lifing heavy shit like gym for example. Imagine there is a guy with -10 dioptric for example. Something is wrong with his eyes in medical terms. As far as I know, eyes with severe myopia have more pressure inside the eye balls right? The question is, if that guy got lasik or other surgery, got his eyes corrected to 0-1 dioptric, is his eyes as healthy as a person with 0 dioptric or is you see as 0 dioptric but you can't lift heavy stiil? Would ask the doctor but I know here are the doctors aswell.

How abt you ask am actual doctor bhai
I have 0 dioptric eyes and don't see a reason to make appoitment and then wait 3-4 months to get and ask such a stupid question. Just imagine going to doctor and be like "hey I have a question' and then goodbye. I thought someone knows here.
